Home to the Great Barrier Reef, vineyards and Outback expanses, Australia’s Queensland is looking for a casino developer, maybe two, after its first choice dropped out. Star Entertainment, investing US$3 billion in Queensland integrated resorts with its China-facing partners, thinks there’s no need for more players at the table.
